2020 lead to the exploration of creative pathways that defied our usual impulses and navigated significant loss on many levels. Sound and movement reconciled the inability to connect in-person and rely on familiar methods of communication and assimilation of everything that they were feeling, experiencing, and needing to understand.

This collaboration started as a conversation between two friends over zoom and took the form of a unique practice of movement, listening, meditation, and artistic medicine developed remotely in real-time. This period of loss, deep emotion, and introspection has birthed an innovative and transformative collaborative process of dance and sound on camera. Finding this practice, we seek to offer audiences inspiration to expand the capacity to heal.
